Pocket Prayer provides daily devotional content delivered via SMS and other supported channels. By using this service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan.

You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

4. SMS Consent

Message frequency is approximately one message per day. Messages may be sent as multiple segments depending on length and carrier limitations.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt operations, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Content Disclaimer

Devotional content is provided for spiritual and informational purposes only and may not reflect all theological perspectives.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers including Stripe for payments and Twilio for messaging. We are not responsible for outages or failures from these providers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or indirect damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
